Blaze Pages ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Blaze Pages is a content and review platform focused on legal psychoactive botanicals, alternative buzzes, natural highs, and functional mood enhancers, and includes user-generated articles and other community-submitted content. All content on the Site is provided for educational purposes only. We do not condone any illegal activity, including copyright infringement. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the website located at www.blazepages.com (the "Site") by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice") and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Blaze Pages will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
To be effective, the Notice must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, the URL of the link shown on the Site where such material may be found.
- Your contact information, including your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- A statement of good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you receive a notification that material you posted on the Site has been removed or access to it has been disabled, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us by providing a written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be effective, a Counter-Notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Blaze Pages may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, Blaze Pages may send a copy of the Counter-Notification to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in ten (10) business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after receipt of the Counter-Notification.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Blaze Pages has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Blaze Pages' sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Blaze Pages may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
4. Modifications
Blaze Pages reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this DMCA/Copyright Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly for any changes.
